Feeling discouraged, disheartened, or just plain burnt out from #gradlife?
Join this program to find balance between your personal and academic goals so you can finally experience joy, satisfaction, and fun (yes!) during grad school.
This premium one-on-one coaching program from Strengths Within has three phases:
Phase 1: Discover
- Explore helpful and harmful beliefs about stress, achievement, imposter syndrome, boundaries, and work-life balance during graduate school and in academia.
- Identify the areas in your academic, work, and personal life that could use some more balance, and uncover the barriers that are preventing you from getting there.
- Strategize a customized #gradlifebalance plan to move forward into Phase 2.
Phase 2: Experiment
Each week of this phase, you’ll test a strategy specifically designed to help you achieve more balance in each of the areas you identified during Phase 1.
You’ll learn how to leverage your strengths – the things that come naturally to you – to keep you equally accountable to your academic AND personal goals.
Phase 3: Communicate
Now that you have your balance back (or are enjoying it for the first time!), you want to keep it that way, right?
It’s time to learn an endlessly transferable skill: assertive – not aggressive! – communication.
This final phase helps you surround yourself with more people who support – and fewer people, places, and habits that undermine – the new ways you have found to finally enjoy grad school…and the rest of your life.
